Test details:
The BMW 5 series was redesigned for the 2004 model year.
Restraints/dummy kinematics — Dummy movement well controlled. During rebound, the dummy's head hit the roof rail.
Injury measures — Measures taken from the head, neck, chest, and left leg indicate low risk of injuries to these body regions in a crash of this severity. Forces on the right tibia indicate that injuries to the lower leg would be possible. Head acceleration from the roof rail hit was low.

My News Story
This is a video I took with the old digital "picture camera" of my story about how our car was broken into. It was on our local news and I wanted to make people aware of the dangers of leaving belongings in your car. It's common sense, but we always tend to push fate, don't we? Sorry about the quality. That camera only does 30 seconds of recording at a time. Grr! I want my Camcorder back!
