Zero is up for adoption

I have a beautiful, young, 30 lb. Basenji mix up for adoption. She is housebroken, a spayed female, great with people, but not other dogs/cats, knows simple commands, she's vaccinated, microchipped and she's got transferable health insurance. She is a fantastic dog with lots of energy, and she'd be best with a back yard to run around in. Please email me for more information, and to see more pictures. Thanks and have a good day.

'Brooklyn' Spartanburg Humane Society SC Boxer/ShepX

Spartanburg Humane Society Boxer/ShepX
Brooklyn A02345773
What a neat mix! This gal is part Shepherd (thus the black and tan markings and the standup ears) and part Boxer (that explains the blocky head, docked tail, and adorable under-bite!). Then take the loveable attitude of a big Squishy Teddy bear and add in a bunch of sweet, sweet, sweet and there you have it, Miss Brooklyn! This girl is only about 1 ½ yrs old. She is a bit strong on the leash like a Boxer can be and apparently doesn't seem to care for other dogs. But she LOVES to sit at YOUR feet and worship YOU! As you can see in the photos, Brooklyn has recently had puppies, but she will get her girlish figure back once she is spayed and gets some daily exercise.

Why not come meet Brooklyn in person at the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303 (only one hour south of Charlotte, NC) or call (864) 583-4805 to inquire? This is a family friendly facility with an indoor visitation room as well as an outdoor play area. All the dogs are inside, with air conditioning, and have their own private kennel.

Brooklyn's adoption fee is $85 which includes spay surgery, Rabies, Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations, HW testing (Brooklyn is HW negative), worming, a 24PetWatch microchip, a free follow-up wellness checkup at the shelter's clinic, as well as 1 month of free pet insurance with PetHealth Services, Inc.

'Lucky' Spartanburg Humane Society SC Eskimo Spitz

Spartanburg Humane Society SC Eskimo Spitz
This is Lucky, but right now she doesn't feel so lucky. This little girl was turned into the shelter by her owner when he/she got sick and could no longer care for her. Lucky is simply lost and doesn't understand all this dramatic change in her life. She is still grieving the loss of her family and her home. At 10 years old, there aren't too many people looking at her despite the fact that she is a lovely, dignified, gentle little lady. Lucky is a small girl, she may weigh 18 pounds. She is as light as a feather on the leash. She just needs a quiet life with someone who can love her dearly and teach her that life is good again.

Won't you come see Lucky and find this quiet treasure hidden in the beautiful white coat? She is located at the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303 (only one hour south of Charlotte, NC) or call (864) 583-4805 to inquire. This is a family friendly facility with an indoor visitation room as well as an outdoor play area. All the dogs are inside, with air conditioning, and have their own private kennel.

Lucky's adoption fee is $85 which includes spay surgery, Rabies, Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations, HW testing (Lucky is HW negative), worming, a 24PetWatch microchip, a free follow-up wellness checkup at the shelter's clinic, as well as 1 month of free pet insurance with PetHealth Services, Inc.

Spartanburg Humane Society SC Border Collie mix

Spartanburg Humane Society SC Border Collie hound mix
Ringo A02386745
What make Ringo a Star? This baby is a great mix of Border Collie and Hound, that's what! Ringo has the easy care, short, slick coat, floppy ears, and nose-down-tail-up characteristics of a Hound with the black and white tuxedo coloring and freckled nose of a Border Collie. This loveable little guy is going to make someone a great family dog. He's lots of fun without being hyper, he's quiet (unlike most Hounds), calm, and wants nothing more than to be loved.

Come meet Ringo in person at the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303 (only one hour south of Charlotte, NC) or call (864) 583-4805 to inquire. This is a family friendly facility with an indoor visitation room as well as an outdoor play area. All the dogs are inside, with air conditioning, and have their own private kennel.

Ringo' adoption fee is $85 which includes neuter surgery, Rabies, Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations, HW testing (Ringo is HW negative), worming, a 24PetWatch microchip, a free follow-up wellness checkup at the shelter's clinic, as well as 1 month of free pet insurance with PetHealth Services, Inc.
