Skid Row Surveys in busy road

In this episode I am in a busy road with no flagger,no signs,no cones and no vest. Same old shit.It's ironic that my boss cut my insurance this year so if I had to go to the emergency room I have to pay $700. He cant afford it because he has to pay the 2 highest paid guys to sit and do nothing for 1000 hours a year.
