UPS Man (Jit) asks for extenion to fix accident damage

UPS man (Jit) comes into the office for an update regarding the insurance claim. He tells me that his boss is on his back about it and wants him to repair the damage to the car himself to avoid going through UPS's insurance company. UPS man asks for an extension until the 23rd April to get the cash together and explains that if I decide to go through the insurance then 'I'll get nowhere, something about back-handers too', basically he will deny everything and because of this I'm best to wait until the 23rd when he'll have the money together to fix the damage.
