Steve Poizner addresses CLTA

California Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner addresses the California Land Title Association on April 30, 2007 at the group's annual conference in San Francisco. California is developing regulations that would cap title insurance rates. Poizner said he's receptive to an alternative industry proposal, including a Web site, TitleWizard, that would make it easier for consumers to learn about and shop for title insurance.
