Anthony Farwell, chairman and CEO of the real estate information services company ClosingCorp, explains TitleWizard, a Web site that will allow Californians to shop for title insurance online. The site, developed in conjunction with the California Land Title Association, was praised by Insurance Commissioner Steve Poizner for its potential to improve consumer access to information about title insurance.
