Scruggs Katrina Group Files RICO Charges Against State Farm

Segment 2 of June 20, 2007 press conference in Pascagoula, MS annoucing federal charges against State Farm, E.A. Renfroe Company, and Forensic Analysis and Engineering Company on behalf of 21 policyholders whose homes were destroyed in Hurricane Katrina. The suit has been filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi under the federal Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization Act ("RICO").
