trooper warnick's tickets

I was nailed for not having my 08 sticker on my plates. I had current license, registration, insurance card.
I did not sign my registration and was given a ticket for that. plus for having my late dear father's bola's (two) hanging below eye level from the mirror. I guess it is near the end of the month and business has been slow. I would have accepted one ticket , begrudgingly, but two.. 10 to 20 percent of all the cars in this area have things hanging from their rear view mirrors. This was selective inforcement to meet some kind of quota.
a real shame as the office was very professional and polite. But he lost an opportunity of making a friend. Instead he reinforces the perception of the state police out here. Which is a shame.
