Trying to trace Chris (rally co-driver)

My bike accident in Northumberland, England Sept 06. Trying to contact the driver(Chris(Stewart?))who was first on the scene- would like to see if Chris would be able to send me a statement about the badly maintained road surface(potholes etc) at that corner for my insurance company
