My Face After A Fight (Fair Vlog)

I talk about random things
and then explain how i lit a kid up with my bare fist!
he was OUT!
I got 3 stitches.
Its all good, he got some good punches in...while i was unconscious...but i still feel i won the fight!
i'm fine now...except that we dont have insurance and there was a hefty hospital bill.

Speyside Challenge 2007 - Warming Up!

In preparation for the start of the 2007 Speyside Challenge, some of my female colleagues from AXA Insurance in Glasgow (some further afield) decide to warm up before the start of the event.

The Speyside Challenge is an annual sponsored walking event on behalf of the The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice, which covers 54 miles from Aviemore (Boat of Garten) to Elgin (Spey Bay). It's very physically and mentally challenging as the object is to complete the event over a period of 24 hours.

This was an incredible achievement for those who completed the event. After walking 34 miles myself before giving up, you really have to admire those who finished.

Anyway, needles to say most of the guys who took part decided to avoid the warm up and concentrate more on the ladies!
