Padma Venkataraman is changing the lives of thousands of Indians by helping to create sustainable communities through micro finance - allowing leprosy-affected people access to loans so they can begin to earn a living on their own.

In 2007 Aviva, the savings, investments and insurance group, commissioned a new series on Forward thinkers from around the world.

These have been directed by Jack Price and produced by Sintra Marketing.
