What a neat mix! This gal is part Shepherd (thus the black and tan markings and the standup ears) and part Boxer (that explains the blocky head, docked tail, and adorable under-bite!). Then take the loveable attitude of a big Squishy Teddy bear and add in a bunch of sweet, sweet, sweet and there you have it, Miss Brooklyn! This girl is only about 1 ½ yrs old. She is a bit strong on the leash like a Boxer can be and apparently doesn't seem to care for other dogs. But she LOVES to sit at YOUR feet and worship YOU! As you can see in the photos, Brooklyn has recently had puppies, but she will get her girlish figure back once she is spayed and gets some daily exercise.

This is a family friendly facility with an indoor visitation room as well as an outdoor play area. All the dogs are inside, with air conditioning, and have their own private kennel.

Brooklyn's adoption fee is $85 which includes spay surgery, Rabies, Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccinations, HW testing (Brooklyn is HW negative), worming, a 24PetWatch microchip, a free follow-up wellness checkup at the shelter's clinic, as well as 1 month of free pet insurance with PetHealth Services, Inc.
