Dude, somebody stole my pool! Theft or fraud?

After spending some time trying to figure out how somebody could have pulled off such a caper without spilling any of the water, this short Fox News segment made me think.

I now believe that if anyone solves this case, it probably won't be the police. It will most likely be an investigator from an insurance company. I am not saying this is a case of fraud, but I do bet that an investigator for the Fraud Division of an insurance company might have a lot of questions to ask, and a lot of dots to connect.
