Health Care for all Americans

My name is Jeff, and I'm a music teacher from Champaign, IL. I'm lucky enough to be covered by my district's health insurance plan, however, over 45 million Americans don't have health insurance, or can't get health care because they are unable to pay for expensive treatments or prescription drugs. What is your plan to make it possible for every American to receive quality medical care when they need it?
